The Kitimat Thank You campaign took off on Saturday, May 4, 2024 with a successful community clean-up event. Volunteers from the LNG Canada Project spread across Kitimat to kick-start the town’s spring clean-up season.

Mother’s Day donation drive

As part of the Thank You Kitimat campaign, JGC Fluor (JFJV) organised a site-wide Mother’s Day donation drive in support of the Tamitik Status of Women (TSW). The gift bags will be used as welcome gifts for the tenants of TSW’s new housing facility for women.

Father’s Day donation drive

In honour of Father’s Day and men with needs in our community, our workforce came together to donate items to the Kitimat Food Bank.
