This notification is in accordance with ISED’s (Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada) federally regulated process, Radiocommunication and Broadcasting Antenna Systems CPC-2-0-03 Issue 5 (2014). This tower will be located Southwest of Kitimat BC, specifically at Coordinates (54° 01′ 47.543″ N, 128° 41′ 25.958″ W), on lands with the following legal description: District Lot 6004, Range 5 Coast District [Except Part in Plan EPP67348]. Any person who is directly affected by the application may provide public comments to the proponent within 30 days of this notice using the contact information provided below.
