Open burning for the LNG Canada Project has resumed. The custom venting index for the project has returned to “good” and is forecasted to remain good today and tomorrow. A test pile has been lit and is performing as expected.

We will continue to monitor weather conditions closely and provide further updates if conditions change or we stop feeding the burn piles.

JFJV is in frequent communication with the District of Kitimat and the Kitimat Fire Department regarding all open burning activities.
